Letters From Nonna, The Gift That Gives All Year

My Dear Friend,

One of life's greatest gifts isn't something you can wrap in beautiful paper or tie with a ribbon.

It's the simple comfort of knowing someone is thinking about you.

Over the years, I've learned that a handwritten letter can brighten an ordinary Tuesday, a favorite recipe can bring back a treasured memory, and a little surprise in the mailbox can make someone feel loved in a way a text message never could.

A letter waiting in the mailbox.

A recipe that fills the kitchen with wonderful smells.

A little surprise tucked inside an envelope that makes you smile before you've even opened it.

If someone you love could use a little extra sunshine each month, I think they'd enjoy spending a little time with me.

I'll write to them as if they're sitting across my kitchen table. I'll share stories, recipes that have been loved for years, and little bits of happiness I'd hope they'll pass along to someone else.

This is such a sweet gift for a mom, a grandmother, a daughter, a dear friend, a neighbor, or anyone whose days could use a little more kindness.

We all need something to look forward to.

Sometimes, it's as simple as finding a letter in the mailbox with your name on it.

I hope you'll let me share a little piece of my heart with someone you love.

With love,

Nonna 🤍
